This quaint two storey Jan Juc beach house is positioned perfectly for the keen surfer come beach goer. Only a few seconds walk to the beach and walking trails to Torquay and Bells Beach. Our property sleeps eight-nine people but is at its most comfortable with 4-6 people. The main floor upstairs includes a basic kitchen/meals area, bathroom with shower over bath, lounge with TV and DVD, main bedroom with a double bed and second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a deck that extends from this main living area.
Downstairs is a large open plan area that includes sleeping arrangements for a further four-five people with a double bed and set of single bunks and a single sofa. Also included downstairs is the second bathroom with shower, second toilet and laundry facilities.
This is a family oriented holiday house is ideal for a low cost holiday by the beach and is situated on a tranquil bushy block with BBQ facilities included.
